Only now Clea has decided that Hallie would be the perfect solution to Nick’s dilemma.

Now Nick will have to find a way to convince Hallie to play the part of his wife for a week and he will pay her $5,000. Money that Hallie could definitely use to add to her saving so she can go finish her career sooner, but Hallie decides to tell him that if there will be kisses and emotional displays, then she wants another $5,000 for a total of $10,000 and be able to return to school immediately.

What neither Hallie or Nick expected is that their attraction would not be denied. And with their hosts in Hong Kong disappearing the sofa from their room, now they also have to share a bed. One thing leads to another, and now Nick and Hallie will have an actual relationship that will lead to nowhere, for their agreement only goes as far as a week and Nick wants no commitments.

But when attempts start against Nick’s life, Nick and Hallie are faced with the possibility of them being in danger, a thought neither of them likes when it comes to the person they are coming to love. But Nick and Hallie will not only have to think about their safety, but also about what they want to happen after they return home.
